Geoff has over 30 years experience in local authorities in the Midlands and South East Regions.
He has extensive development control experience at a senior level for both urban and rural areas and in presenting planning applications at Committee’s. He has also presented many appeal cases at Hearings and Public Inquiries.
Geoff’s knowledge and expertise of planning legislation, policy guidance and case law, has enabled him to deal with personal casework for major development proposals including residential, commercial, transportation and leisure schemes.
Geoff also undertakes planning appraisals of sites to advise on their development potential and submits representations to local authorities in respect of the promotion of sites for development under the new development plan system.
